The hotel looks lovely inside until you get out of the elevator and there’s such a strong smell of fish 🤢 our door had a make up hand print on, 1 mirror which was in the bathroom and it was so high you could hardly see yourself so if you wanted to do hair and makeup in the bedroom that was impossible. Also the mirror was filthy! No windows to open, fridge freezer was completely full of ice so unable to use it if we wanted to. Impossible to shower as the water little scalded you!!!!😡😡 Tried for about 30 minutes to try turn it down but it wouldn’t. That was the same for the bathroom tap and kitchen tap. Cold tap didn’t work in the kitchen. Toilet didn’t flush!

Absolutely disgusting , stayed here twice as 1st time wasnt great fag burns on the dressing table , broken lap ,however gave the benifit of the doubt ,more because of the area being ideal for me , 2nd stay was even worse , broke flooring , damp , filthy walls and condensation , dirty floors , mould in bathroom , unusable shower , cojldnt complain as there was no staff at the desk and it was late , complained on departure and was ment with an email saying i xould have a 10% discount off of my next stay , no refund offered at all . unprofessional staff , dirty rooms , broken applicance and not helpful at all even after complaining AVOID AVOID AVOID

Honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I have been a loyal customer and have given the hotel many chances but it has gotten to the point where I have had enough. The staff are very disrespectful and just lie about prices. They move you rooms and change prices every second when they feel like it. The prices online change literally every two seconds and the staff lie about it too. The rooms are absolutely disgusting towles have stains on them and the toilets smell appalling. One of the staff who works in the mornings and finishes around 6pm called jack is an absolute liar and a very rude man he has promised me a fixed price many times and I even made plans for my stay and money and in the end he changes his mind the next day. Even though he changed the price again the next day I was willing to still pay. Once I left the hotel and before I came back I made sure I called to see it was the same price and we agreed on a price, once I got all the way back to my hotel he then said he didn’t speak to me on the phone and he did not offer that price. I was in absolute shock as I know him and his voice and he lied in my face that he did not say that. Absolute time wasting and money spent on uber. I can’t complain enough how frustrating this has made me honestly I had to leave the hotel straight away. I will never be going there again. Also about the rooms the beds are always very uncomfortable and smelt very bad and l even complained once to move rooms and woken up with swollen eyes from how dirty the beds are. When I complained to move rooms the staff didn't even believe me until he came in and saw the room himself thats when he moved us rooms. But it is absolutely ridiculous when you are waiting a long time to be checked in to end up with a disgusting room. There is also no safeguarding what so ever as they shout out room numbers and l have heard staff tell other people what rooms other people are at which makes me feel very unsafe. I have been disturbed in my stay many times by housekeeping although I have mentioned to not be disturbed due to work meetings. There is no communication between the staff as they all lie and tell you different things. I was told by different staff that check out is at 10 then at 10:30 and then at 11. Avoid this hotel at all cost it is a waste of money and it is not what you want after having a stressful day work or coming from abroad.

That is the place you want to choose if you wish to maintain a budget-conscious approach. Convenient proximity to bus stops and Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Tesco Express supermarkets. Book this hotel if you are seeking to stay for one to two nights.

We have stayed at the Axiom hotel at Battersea twice in December. Perfectly nice apartments to stay in, with comfy beds and lovely shower. All facilities provided. However, upon checking in the staff want to take a copy of your photo identification, this is a total breach of GDPR and is against the law. Both times we refused, we let them look at our photo identification but would not let them take a photocopy of it, both times they accepted it after a little bit of heated conversation. Also, they are able to provide parking but couldn’t provide it until 5pm, we were a bit curious as to why? Check out is at 11am! There is street parking until 5pm, but is quite expensive and then to pay again from 5pm until 11am, doesn’t make sense. Overall a nice stay to explore London though
